Hi my name is Paula and it's been 2 months since my last post......

Hope everyone is well. It has been a fairly busy few weeks, but am glad now that things are settling down a bit. And it's my first full winter here, so the weather has helped to slow down things a bit.
But I still managed to find the time to make some new dolls. I took some photos of the girls today to get ready to sell,  I couldn't wait any longer to show them off!!!

Meet the newbies....

I am so excited about the beret that I made for Grace, I am going to try out a few more of these in the future!

I have been having endless fun creating these girls, exploring all the different ways of adding vintage charm to them each with vintage jewelry, doilies, napkins and hankies. I hope you like them.

  1. Oh, Paula!! So adorable!! You are so clever! I love the props you are using for the photography - what a lovely finishing touch!

  2. They are so very cute Paula! You've done a fabulous job with them and the beret is rather special I have to agree. :)
I haven't made an annie in a very long time, but I also had a lot of fun making them up too, and trying to give their facial features a different look each time. There are quite a lot of things you can do with them. I've been wanting to make some more dolls lately, and hope to get around to it soon!

  3. A trio of very sweet girls you have there. Well done. The beret is very special isn't it? x

  4. Hi Paula...I am just trying to catch up on blogs...they are gorgeous,I will not be at CC long this week as we are getting city visitors so have to come home to cook yummies lol..I am so looking forward to catching up soon and seeing your girls they are so cute the beret is especially good.

    1. Thanks, Grace with the beret sold straight away! Will have to make some more of those!
